Sapele, curly maple
It's difficult to show the beauty of the wood in mere photographs, especially if the wood has chatoyance, the tiger eye-like reflection of light from beneath the surface. The wood changes appearance and even color from different angles in the light. Many of the woods here have that characteristic, particularly those with figure.
